The Orthotic Patient Experience

Evaluation

During the initial evaluation we will review the prescription that your physician has provided. We will work with you to determine the proper orthosis for your diagnosis.

Scan/Measure/Cast

Based on your diagnosis your clinician will scan, measure or cast you to provide you with the appropriate orthosis.

Fitting

Our experienced orthotists will ensure that your orthosis is properly fitting based on your diagnosis to stabilize, support and aid in your recovery. We will educate you on the proper care, use and cleaning or your orthotic.

Follow-up

At Physio, we are always available to help with any issues you may encounter. If something doesn’t feel right or if you are not sure you are using an orthosis appropriately, call our office and make a follow-up appointment. Our practitioners will follow-up with you at our facility or in rehab. We are always available to help with any issues you may encounter. We will follow you through the rehab process and work closely with you to make sure you get the most benefit from your prescribed orthosis.
